contact system admin button #16

On the home screen, the "contact system administrator" should display the administrators email. Somewhere in the settings, the administrator should be able to change the email being displayed. New administrator, new email will be needed.

Problem is not fixed in commit 3663faf. Alternate resolution proposed.
