REVERSE SEARCH CLUBS/TEAMS #90

Josh - just thought of another potential future thing. Sometimes I have sponsors of teams or clubs that ask me to give them their last year's group and how many points they gave them. THis is usually because disorganized sponsors have lost their log sheets or group service lists. I would like you to add one more thing to the results spreadsheet on the CLUBS/TEAMS search. Beside, name, student number, and grade...can you also add a column for "hours allocated" and "points awarded"? That way, I can simply download this in excel format and just email it to the sponsor that requests it. It really is important. Wow, I can't believe how many more useful things I'm finding that are needed!!!!! THis is what happens when you actually start fully using a software system like this.

Ah ha. I just realized something...and not sure if you can do this. The certificate would need to draw the name of the team or club from the database in order to print "for excellence in...student council" (for example). Is there a way to put a field in the certificate that draws from the codes? If that it too complicated, is there a way that the user can manually type in (on the same screen) what they want printed in that field? This would actually be preferable since I just realized that the codes are often abbreviated and would look silly on a certificate. For example, the above example would actually print "for excellence in...Main StuCo". That's not good but that's what the code is associated with. So, the best option is to create a user field for the certificate. C'est possible monsieur????
