Change Language on opi 5 plus #870

Hi!

I'm trying to change the language on my Opi running Ubuntu 24.04.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but despite setting the preferred language in the settings, it still shows me the system and applications in English. Is there another way to force the language?
