Bug Report: Rock 5B wouldn't boot up / boot loop #958

What happened?

Rock 5B wouldn't boot up / boot loop with image v2.2.1 'ubuntu-22.04-preinstalled-server-arm64-rock-5b.img.xz' in SD card. The led shows it's power cycling (blue -> green -> off -> blue -> green -> off -> ....... loop)

I don't know

SBC model

Rock Pi 5B

What operating system are you seeing this problem on?

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)

Relevant logs

It wouldn't boot up.

Oh... I figured out. This image is not recognizing my PD 140W power supply. I switch to a PD 65W power supply and it boots up. Wired. It works with old official radxa b39 ubuntu image...
