[x] Select database platform (google app engine database?, Postgres?...etc)
[ ] Add db to heroku app
[ ] Develop database that will store customer name, version, latest downloaded...etc

Selected mongodb as database platform. Easy to update, flexible. Can change to postgres when ready.
