Should we allow users to keep recording enabled after selecting new instrument

@Alex-L-Crane If user has record enabled and is making beats on a selected instrument then, currently, when they change instruments they recording will be disabled and the user will have to select record again to start recording. However, it seems from when Jason was using the app, that the user might want to keep record enabled so that when they select a new instrument they can just start making beats right away without having to select record again.
