local default measure not applied after deleting recorded loop and re-recording #156

Record a track (4 measures) and then change local track measure count = 3. Then delete track (local measure count should still = 3) Then re-record loop and notice that after recording the track has 4 measures.

@Alex-L-Crane I'm assuming this is what you were talking about when you said there were timeline bugs.... fixed in cleanup branch
