Upload app to iTunes connect
Then use iTunes connect to invite user to test the app
Testers download and install thinned variants of your app using the TestFlight app

Steps taken

Sign up on iTunes connect and add Groover app Note Had to change bundle name to 'com.TCM.Groovr' and name to 'The Cruelest Groovr'
Updated version and build numbers in Groover general settings
Archived app (project->archive)
Validated Archive
Got validation errors
Had to enable bitcode for audiokit frame work
After validation successful then upload to app store
