show/hide position indicator on UI depending on whether or not knob is turning #57

Hide "Position indicator" view when knob is not to rotate. Show as soon as knob begins to rotate. Can we create a variable that delays hiding after knob stops rotating? Maybe try a half second to start? This we keep the view from flashing on and off for indecisive knob turners. Also, when the position indicator view is showing, the settings icon should be hidden.
