Need to develop UI and Backend workflow that prevents backend developer from having to change UI code and vice versa

Proposed solution:

Paintcode / UI code should not be edited by backend (as much as possible)
Backend will only grab UI code to use in backend logic
Backend will not generate any UI code (as much as possible)
Will use UI code elements (like button and views) to instantiate Backend objects (like knob controller)

This is now setup in the newLooping_Swift3 branch. If you pull this branch you will have to updated your xcode to swift 3.
