Loss of height upon adding notes to drum staff or opening piano keyboard #11

This issue is similar to #1 Steps: 1) Create score with drum staff 2) Open the timeline and increase the height 3) Add a note to the drum staff (this should open up a helper by the timeline)

Result: The timeline's height is restricted to it's minimum height.

Desired: The drumtool adjusts to the timeline's height and allows for resizing

This issue also exists for the piano keyboard
