Crash when toggle mmrests after adding instruments #18

You should focus on fixing that right now, cause crashes are almost always most important priority. Crash is in timeline.cpp:1296

Actually, now I ran on my linux and am not sure that this bug is due to timeline because I don't see timeline in the stack trace...maybe there was something wrong with gsco_nikos' crash reporter.
