Updated relevant deps. #5

Here are all of the non-submodule changes in one commit.

The submodule changes are minimal. bx moved its init.h so that needs to be updated in bgfx.cmake

I'm not sure I understand. We already had the imgui changes so GitHub won't allow this merge.

I can pretty easily upgrade us to latest bgfx.cmake if that's what you're trying to accomplish.
