added support for linux #8

Fixed #6 by adding support for Linux. I used entry_glfw.cpp from the bgfx examples for reference. Both examples have been tested on Windows and Linux with this fix and they ran fine.

Thank you. I’ll test OSX again after the holiday just in case but the change looks good to me.
