Kademlia object renamed to JKademliaNode #14

As best I can tell, the object the guide refers to as just "Kademlia" is now called "JKademliaNode". Since this change isn't reflected in the guide, the guide is v.confusing.

There are a couple other similar issues, where things in the guide have since been renamed. Its not totally clear to me whether these were just name changes or whether actual content changed, but either way it undermines my confidence in the guide and its ease of use.
