Filter by Location/Region #5

All these filters are basically find operations. The only potential headaches is behaviour for when no selection is made, we can probably just get away with defaults there, and when there's no value for a particular response (the response is still in our dataset). AFAIK, no "Canada" region data has this issue, only smaller than that. See bottom for more detail.

Filter By Location: Usage has these valid location entries: 'Canada', 'Atlantic provinces', 'Quebec', 'Ontario', 'Prairie provinces', 'British Columbia'

Response has these valid location entries: 'Canada', 'Atlantic provinces', 'Newfoundland and Labrador', 'Prince Edward Island', 'Nova Scotia', 'New Brunswick', 'Quebec', 'Ontario', 'Prairie provinces', 'Manitoba', 'Saskatchewan', 'Alberta', 'British Columbia'

Note that any individual responses may not have been gathered in a statistically significant quantity. In these cases, the data entries still appear, but with a null value. Like with "PEI- 15-24 yrs, Male, Saves Time, Always or Often" What we do with those is an open question - they can still be found in our database, since we don't allow filtering by value.
