what localization technique used? #2

Thats great work, from code and README it looks like you havn't used any localization technique to localize human first and train/test on that region only, so does that really needed? coz as long as you using global spatial features, i don't think it's neccesary, what you think?

Thanks for using this project. You are correct: This project does not localize human first. I think the feature map from the Darknet19 has already contained such info in an implicit way. And, input such info (the location of human) explicitly is not necessary in my opinion.
