change colors of calendar #292

still has old comments because it's not done yet. not ready to merge. still need change primary color to new meetable blue in bootstrap

@supert165 and I decided we're just not going to bother figuring out this bootstrap thing. We're just going to leave the main color as is and base everything else off that
