Create Main Tequila and Cocktails Handlebars Pages #43

Details:

We need a handlebars page for tequila with almost identical content as mezcal-details and we will need to connect all of it to the link that our tequila button currently references we will need the same for cocktails.

Possible Errors:

please only edit the views folder while working on this task and work from a designated branch, also make sure to comment below if you are currently working on it or plan to take on this issue. Doing so will enable us to avoid any conflicts or wasted time, thank you.

tequila handle bar page seems to be up to par. Still need cocktail page.
