Verify far field delay engine #90

I suspect there could be some mistake in the delay model. LWA uvw's are off by UVW offset: [-0.0202753 -0.00833678 0.028457 ] m +- [0.11921868 0.17260856 0.20500871] m, i.e. average offset of < 2cm with a stddev of up to 20cm. Is this correct, or am I wrong? Using Klioner model to verify against mine would be helpful.

I suspect there could be two sources of issue:

  1. round off error (even potentially in 64bit?)
  2. mistake in the equations. We will go directly from Klioner which seems more rigorous than IERS booklets.
