Write unit tests for dual-Typed defender vs:

[x] Combat->Defend->Coverage->SingleAttacker
[x] Combat->Defend->Coverage->DualAttacker ~~- [ ] Combat->Defend->MultiType->SingleAttacker~~ [same as first one]
[x] Combat->Defend->MultiType->DualAttacker
