Add Dexter Locke to DESCRIPTION and update pkgdown site #47

This PR adds myself to the DESCRIPTION file moves the role cre to myself to indicate I am the new maintainer. It also rebuilds the pkgdown site and removes the part of the README looking for a new maintainer.
