Fix - Update `settings.json` and corresponding bullet point #709

Hi again

This is a proposed fix for https://github.com/Josverl/micropython-stubs/issues/707, which updates the sample settings.json and a corresponding bullet point

Should other changes be required within this PR, i'll gladly add them
