Forced Demon List Agenda #4

The false agenda of the demon list of objective difficulty placements is being forced on me, I'd like an option to disable the recent addition of demon list placements on level pages. I also think every other feature in the mod should probably be toggleable, but this is the one that I myself would toggle off.
