Improve the text about "base action tiles" #3

The app currently shows:

Separate and shuffle together: ✓ All Starting Action Tiles (tiles with dots)

In my (English) rulebook, these tiles are called "base tiles". The rules contain:

50 ACTION TILES (INCLUDING 20 BASE ACTION TILES WITH DOTS)

  1. Separate the 20 Base Action tiles. Shuffle the remaining 30 tiles...

It would also be good to add the count, for completeness. So the app could show:

Separate and shuffle together: ✓ All 20 Base Action Tiles (tiles with dots)

You should put up a pull request! :) For something like this, you can likely even just do it through GitHub editor.
