You need to do it like this:

I was wondering if it could be updated to be able to place punctuation after mention names?

Heya! Dang, I haven't worked on this plugin for a long time. I do plan to come back to this once I'm done with many of my major projects and videos, but thank you for the suggestion (and bug report)! I also uh, never released v1.2.0, which is kinda crazy when I teased it a while ago (6 months ago) lol.
