Adding Canon in D and Canon in d are recognised as two different pieces of work.

It is very rare for a tutor to 1. wish to add a piece that is already on the student and 2. type it in a different case. We believe this deserves a severity low.

There is no mention of case sensitivity in the user guide for piano pieces so this should be a feature flaw.
