Team's Response

The number is multiplicity of the association. Although the arrow is a little slant, but won't affect readability too much.

 Issue severity

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: This class diagram has multiple flaws. The slanted arrow will confuse the reader as he/she might wonder if it is a diamond or arrow. If it is a empty diamond then it is a aggregation relationship which has a huge difference from just a empty arrow head and have a complete different meaning.

Next, if you wants to use multiplicity then you needs to be consistent with the abstract classes too. Although it is obvious that the multiplicity is just 1 and 1 but you still needs to be consistent.
