A flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage e.g., a typo/spacing/layout/color/font issues in the docs or the UI that doesn't affect usage.

The water mark is kept for copy right protection. The water mark is auto generated by the tool used to plot the diagram.

Reason for disagreement: Water marks bring the level of professionalism down right away. They are blocking some of the words in the diagrams and too distracting. Some even went into the box which might looks like a function of the class.
