change severity to severity.Low : The application will check the total amount of sleep time and exercise time in one day. If the sleep hour doesn't exceed 24 hours but the total amount of sleep time and exercise time exceed 24 hours, the user can't add new sleep or exercise record.

Reason for disagreement: In my case i did not add any exercise time, it is 0. So, when i input 2.9 it should be just nice 24hrs. However, it says that i exceeded when i did not. Prior to this, I tried 2.8 and it worked.

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: at least a low because it is a system flaw.
