"Browse..." button in Non-Steam Shortcut page doesn't work #159

I noticed these buttons popping up a couple Steam updates ago. However nothing is occuring other than the default Steam button click sound playing when they're pressed.

To replicate:

  1. Open Steam in desktop mode
  2. Open Games > Add a Non-Steam Game to My Library...
  3. Add any program to the library
  4. Switch to steam-session
  5. Open Properties
  6. Try to click on "Browse..." button

Couldn't find any logs relating to that in the journal unfortunately. Not sure what is supposed to happen either as I haven't tried with anything other than Jovian - I suppose either Steam's built-in file browser or Dolphin is supposed to show up?

Also forgot to mention: same behavior arises in the Storage tab of Steam settings, a "Browse Folder" option pops up if you click the three-dotted button on the right. All of this works just fine on Desktop mode, Steam used to have its own built-in file browser but now it seems to use whatever is set as default file browser (perhaps using xdg desktop portals?)

I actually would like to know how it behaves in SteamOS. I can confirm this is what I observe too.
