Incompatibility issues with latest datatables versions > 1.10.x #29

Hey, While using this library I found certain incompatibility issues with the latest version of datatables. One such bug is bs_full does not works as expected. I have fixed this bug and other bugs to make it compatible with the latest version of datatables. If the author of the repo is still accepting the pull requests, than I will create a pull request for the changes. Please revive this project as this is just awesome :-)
