生成的bat 运行后乱码

如果用Java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -jar xx.jar 则是正常提交和获取数据用服务的方式启动参数和数据出现中文乱码在pom配置了-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 也无效请问如何正确配置编码

我认为这和你的系统语言及当前环境有关，和插件没有什么关系
