Android submit program needs to submit more files

I had to do a lot more manual work this term when grading the because, with the latest Android project templates, more files needs to be submitted.

Specifically, the submit program needs to submit:

• build.gradle
• gradle.properties
• gradlew
• settings.gradle
• app/build.gradle
• gradle/libs.versions.toml
• gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar
• gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties
