From the guest client: Team members should be given more opportunities to talk about their ideas in meetings, so that they can present their progress, give their opinions, and utilize their talents.

As a team leader, I followed this rule after week 6. I tried to provide a meeting agenda for client and team members, thus they can know what we will talk this week and what they can talk. Every team member have to talk about their progress and diffculties, besides, they can give their opinions and suggestions in the free talk part. Our client can also know the progress and everyone's efforts. I think this greatly empower our develop process.
