4 months ago Our choice of using Github to track all the development and management progress is based on the flexibility and efficiency here, and all kinds of issues are labeled differently, which makes it more easier to filter and track. We have tried to keep management tools in GoogleDrive last year but found it was not as useful as it is now. Also we have created different tables to distinguish and categorise.
From shadow team: To improve project outputs, it's recommended to transition from using GitHub issues for development (it's mainly used for fixing bugs) to a more comprehensive project management tool. This change ensures development efforts are timely and unified, better reflecting real-world production environments.
