Add multi-cost fields, and record date of creation and date edited, where admin can edit or add costing, so the overall costing will be calculated and displayed as average in the different reports.

Hi Bandar,

Today evening, We had a discussion with Khaled regarding some new changes in the requirements for the pending task in the "Fairyhub - CR List". Task ID:- 25418012 Task Name:- At advanced pricing: Add multi-cost fields, and record date of creation and date edited, where admin can edit or add costing, so the overall costing will be calculated and displayed as average in the different reports. This task was estimated for 80hrs previously as per the discussion with Bassil and the iLeaf team. (16 hrs of work completed till now)

Current Plan (Discussed and confirmed with Bassil)

  1. Supplier Management Add/edit/Delete Supplier with address and contact details.
  2. Stock Import Import CSV with supplier id, SKU, cost price, quantity, Invoice Id Show the Grid with imported data information and average cost against a product. Product Quantity will increase once the import is done.
  3. Invoice payment against Suppliers Show the list of payment needs to do against suppliers. Mark the payments are done with the date of payment.
  4. First in First out of stock against orders.
  5. Show this stock status in a report or order details.

Now as per Khaled's opinion - We need to identify a separate 3rd party plugin that supports the inventory operations. We are looking for a suitable one from a Trustable vendor.

Some of the references for this inventory system are below. Magestore Marketplace Zoho Previously, on the estimation phase, the team had shared a 3rd party plugin with Bassil ' Extensions.boostmyshop.com'. But due to high pricing plans, this idea was dropped.

For now, Team will investigate furthermore on other 3rd party inventory vendors.

Note:- We are holding the current development (Task ID:- 25418012) for the next 2 days. If we get any plugins by Thursday, we can discuss more on the pricing and other factors. Otherwise, we can continue the initial plan. Please share your thoughts on the same.
