Fetching Orion Signature Screen

Context

With external App operators we are introducing changes to the architecture where App (Atlas) would need to fetch the signature from Orion (Backend) that would be added to the extrinsic submission to the chain. The signature will be used to validate the attribution of this app to the platform. Attribution rewards - when new channel was created via specific app, the operator of such app will be rewarded by the DAO.

From user POV it will be just another screen which will have some sort of the in-progress connotation. The copy on the loading screen is not needed as the process is anticipated to happen really fast so no time for the user to read.
