Atlas has no understanding if orion is working and fully synced (#4330).

If syncing stopped for any reason atlas will not find latest videos and just show

Aw, shucks Video unavailable This video either doesn't exist, was deleted by creator, moderated by the DAO content curation team, or not included to be viewed by the application operators.

For the same reason the wrong provider can be picked (if it has been disabled recently)
