CRTs: 100k issuance cap is too low #6272

Problem

Currently, the issuance UI for CRTs limits to 100k tokens. This is insufficient. If a very high revenue channel launches a creator token it leaves open the window for someone to basically insta-snipe the majority of the token supply in a single TX for what could be a nominal amount in comparison to the promised revenue stream.

Solution

Allow users to issue more than 100k tokens, either with a warning screen or something else.
