User pasted in the title and description text of their video from Google Docs
The uploader stayed at "please wait..." status forever (this implies that Atlas is still trying to figure out the upload fee but isn't able to for some reason)
User was asked to edit title/description to just say "test" and this made the uploader proceed from "please wait..." to "Publish & Upload"
I was not able to replicate this on my end but I am not using Windows/Mac OS so it may be some weird combination of text being formatted when copied from Google Docs?
The user ended up being able to upload the same video/thumbnail onto Gleev/Atlas with "test" as title/description and then edit it post-upload successfully: https://gleev.xyz/video/1352308 (this is just being mentioned to show that that the title/description text input boxes are most certainly the issue in this case)

I guess just better handling of pasted in text
