Once the Profile is bound it can be manually verified. The profile should be "verified" if the links, the about section, and any other information mentioned in the membership data is genuine and actually describes the person or company operating the validator account. This verification is done by the membership working group. Either a worker with membershipWorkingGroup.workerRemark or the lead with membershipWorkingGroup.leadRemark. These extrinsics will be called via a CLI command to be created.
