Add Joystream to sub.id

Subscan links to Sub.id and our project isn't currently supported on it (https://sub.id/#/j4VWA5hgfoGgKrgyiwatpaghQaAUT5jgGSrWQunDsbhPqhJ1y)

This would be good to have support but not sure what is required for the following reasons:

• Provides social features
• Provides live chat

I am contacting them and will update if anything is needed.

Have spoken to sub.id/subsocial team and they will add us, only needed to send them a logo file. Will close once we're added
