CLI: Lead unable to create opening without transferring more free balance (bad explanation) #4979

Problem

Same problem as described on this Pioneer issue: https://github.com/Joystream/pioneer/issues/4528 but happens on the CLI.

joystream-cli working-groups:createOpening -i awg-dapplooker-opening.json -g app
Initializing the query node connection (https://monitoring.joyutils.org/query/graphql)...... done
Initializing the api connection (wss://monitoring.joyutils.org/ws-rpc)...... done
Current Group: app
You need to increase your lead stake to 168.3326 kJOY in order to create a new opening.
? Do you wish to transfer remaining 1.0453 kJOY to your staking account?

Solution

CLI should be changed to notify the user that they require free balance for the account bonding deposit.
