Pagination for Bounties list

Context Currently the pagination on Bounties is broken. Expected behaviour:

• For list with < 10 items do not show pagination
• For lists > 10 items, paginate
• Applies to both current and past bounties

Scope

• Fix pagination for bounties current and past in accordance with Acceptance Criteria Above.

Technical Approach

• Review queries and rebuild the page
• Use playground to test as specified in teh image below:
