WGs: days remaining of budget view

One thing that would be incredibly useful to show in Pioneer is how long a WG budget is expected to last given what the current reward rates are set at. This would help the council + WGs to maintain budgets more consistently and predictably.

Here is how I've shown the same thing in my council leaderboard spreadsheet:

Note: this doesn't take into account historical spending or discretionary spending, it merely calculates based on current reward rates how long the budget will last, so this would need to be communicated to users via a tooltip or similar.
