Financial Dashboard: Minting/Burning rate

I think the way to consider this from a dashboard perspective is a breakdown over whatever time period (i.e. 1 week/1 month/1 day) that shows:

• $JOY minted during the time period
• $JOY spent on transaction fees during the time period
• $JOY burned
