Display and maybe create `UpdateGlobalNftLimitProposalDetails` proposals #4800

@kdembler while updating the QN schema for Nara and I found a new proposal: UpdateGlobalNftLimitProposalDetails which is not yet supported by Pioneer. AFAIK if someone creates it it shouldn't crash anything, Pioneer would just display a standard proposal page without any extra info.

However should Pioneer have proper support for this ?

I think it's okay we don't add support for now, it can be created via polkadot-js, I don't expect this to happen often
