SBN1661 is compatible to SED1520

copy device from u8g_dev_pcf8812_96x65.c
it seems that the controller has a vertical byte orientation (not like the 
KS0108)

init sequence:
- reset
- DISPLAY ON
- DISPLAY SET START LINE
