Overview

Created register and login page
Created the @auth parallel route, which intercepts /register and /login and displays the corresponding modal (first image)
On hard navigation / page refresh on those routes, it displays the same modal on a blank page (second image)
Created loading skeleton for forms, and a Delay component to show off skeletons for a set delay, before rendering the real form
